Black Run Reservoir was built by the Town of Mt. Pleasant in 1987 and relinquished to WSACC in 2000 along with the MPWTF. Black Run is a 73 acre lake which supplements Dutch Buffalo Creek to provide the raw water source for the MPWTF.
